Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Everything you see can be created in a different size, color, or stain. I can also create different variations. For example, if you want a different style of living room set, let me know what you are looking for and I will get back to you with proposed solutions.
What are the payment options?
As a recent start up, the only electronic payment I can currently accept is Paypal. Upon order, a Paypal invoice can be sent. I also list items on Etsy, which can accept credit cards. If you don't see an Etsy link in the product list, contact me and I can list it on Etsy so you can pay by credit card. In addition, I accept cash if you pick up at a craft show or upon local delivery.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, let me know. I can do exchanges and refunds as indicated in the product listings. Items picked up at craft shows or delivered cannot be returned after acceptance.
Do you deliver?
I can deliver within a reasonable distance. For larger items such as furniture, I can consider delivering within a 45 mile radius. If you are outside 45Â miles, feel free to contact me to check on options. I may be in your area for another reason and can make an exception. For smaller items such as dog bowls, I can consider a meeting point to deliver.
Do you ship?
I will try to ship to meet your needs for non-furniture items. Furniture items include shelves and displays. Until the automated shipping is configured, contact me to get a quote for shipping if the shipping cost is not listed inside the product description.
